To register for any of our operations you will need to submit hard copies of the following four (4) items:

1.  Fully completed Registration and Liability Waiver forms.

2.  Payment in form of check or money order drawn in U.S. currency and payable at a  US bank.

A USD $500 down payment must accompany all registrations. The balance of the tour cost is due no later than the published registration deadline.  The down payment is refundable in accordance with the terms and conditions of participation.

3.  Proof of Military Parachutist Qualification (unless registering for a beginner training course)   

First time participants, please send in a Xerox copy of any ONE of the following:

- Course completion certificate of any military parachute school,

- DD Form 214, listing "basic airborne course" or "parachute badge,"

- Hazardous Duty Orders indicating "parachute duty."

- Other document verifying status as a military parachutist.

Please inquire if you have questions concerning the acceptability of any document. All documents are subject to verification. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any documents which we deem questionable.

4.  Proof of valid Traveler's Medical Insurance (must cover 'hazardous sport' activities)  
We do not sell insurance nor is any such insurance included in any tour package.  Participants may obtain any traveler's insurance, covering hazardous sport activities, of their choice.
